You Can Have Your Vegetable. . . And Eat Your Fruit Too!
Just take desired amount of fresh bok choy, throroughly washed and sliced into thin ribbons. Peel a fresh, ripe mango and slice into tiny cubes. Peel and mince about 6 cloves garlic. Heat a small amount of Olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add in bok choy and stir fry for a few minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Top with mango slices.
