Baked Garlic Sea Bass Steak With Sundried Tomatoes and Pesto
Life’s simple pleasures also apply to food, including fish like sea bass. Fish steaks are quick and easy to prepare. It’s a matter of seasoning the fish, baking it for under an hour and garnishing with your favorite spices and veggies. I love the taste and texture of sea bass. It is my favorite white fish. If cooked right, it melts in your mouth and leaves you craving for the next bite, and the next. Unless you’re watching your diet, the steak’s skin becomes the ultimate pleasure in your meal. Trust me.
If sea bass is not available at your favorite market, you can also use halibut.,
