Ground Turkey Sisig With Portuguese Sausage
I have previously posted a couple of sisig recipes on this blog, both of which were seafood variations of this famous Filipino delicacy. For this particular recipe, I tried experimenting with ground turkey and Portuguese sausage and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I brought some to work and shared it with my Mexican co-worker and she loved it. It may be a Filipino dish but it shares many qualities with the wonderful cuisine of Mexico and Spain. This and other sisig recipes can be served as an appetizer or entree paired with steamed rice. And most definitely, it is great as filling for tacos or burritos!
