A Simple, Appetizing Chicken Meal

Sometimes, I come to realize that the best chicken and other recipes come in the most simple way of preparing the dish, like this de-boned, steamed chicken meal I recently had at a local Vietnamese restaurant in San Jose. You get to flavor and spice it yourself with a choice of sauces — sweet and sour,  peppery green sauce or just plain soy sauce.  This chicken plate is well complemented with steamed rice, fresh-cut tomatoes and onions, fresh leaf garnishing and a tasty bowl of broth.
